Temecula's Kyle Knapp wins NCJGA event!

Boys Championship (14-17)

Temecula's Kyle Knapp fired a 35 on the back 9 to win the NCJGA Championship event for June, his score of 75 was good for a four shot victory. Runner Up went to Zachary Kramer (79) of Fallbrook and placing third and receiving a medal was Rancho Santa Fe's Nathan Lanning (82). Boys from the following high schools competed Poway, Valley Center, San Pasqual, Oceanside, Torrey Pines, and Escondido.

Reiner captures playoff against friend!

Boys 18 (14-17)

Mark Reiner of Carlsbad knew his day was coming, his hard work and dedication is paying off, Seen till dark on the range or golf course Mark captured the Boys 18 hole division in extra holes versus his long time friend Trent Nowak. Both boys fired an 84 and went into a playoff where the winner was decided on the second hole, finishing third was Oceanside's Haden Bauer.

Vista's Curtis Bee is a Champion again!

Boys 18 (11-13) - I

Curtis Bee is re-writting the history books for NCJGA.  Since joining the tour he has been a strong competitor in every event he enters and he is getting very good at his victory speeches! At Castle Creek Curtis (80) was good for a one stroke victory over Carlsbad's Cole Young (81) finishing third was Temecula's Christopher Knapp (82).

Shadowridge's Owen Davis scores a victory!

Boys 18 (11-13) - II

Vista's Davis Owen (80) likes to play golf - you can tell by the big smile he wears while competing! His consistant play was awarded with a two stroke victory over Escondido's Mitchell Cannon (82) and in third was San Diego's Dylan Martinez (83).

Annie McSorley sets NCJGA record - shooting a 72 at Castle Creek!

Girls Championship (14-17)

Poway's Annie McSorely fired a even par 72 to runaway with the NCJGA event, runnerup was Tracey Huynh (82) and in Third was Stacey Rayo (87) - go girls!!

Carlsbad's Kennedy Gilbert wins first NCJGA event!

Girls 11-13

Carlsbad's Kennedy Gilbert despite a rocky start steadied the ship and her score of 90 was good enough for her first NCJGA victory! Runner up was Ramona's soon to be Carlsbad's Alana Uriell (95) and right behind her for third was Tori Hancock (96) of San Diego.

The NCJGA is a 501 C 3 non profit corporation -  holds Junior golf events year round for kids of all ages and and skill level.

A record number of players participated in this event. We would like to thank all the parents and kids who love to play golf and Castle Creek for hosting this event!
