CURTIS BEE MOVES UP AND CONTINUES TO WIN - BOYS GOLD
This has been a incredible year for Curtis Bee of Vista as he really elevates his game. He continued his winning ways with a fine round of (59) on the windy, rainy, and cold day, finishing runner up was Carlsbad's Cole Young (62) and in third Encinitas's Johnathon Cassidy (65).
REID DUNCAN SOLID PLAY LEADS TO VICTORY - BOYS SILVER
Local resident Reid Duncan (69) of Encinitas was the victor of the Boys Silver Division - Reid's consistant play was the difference - finishing second was Poway's Mason Schulze (71) - third was Erik Delaraso (75) of Oceanside - fourth Carlsbad's Logan Moore (76).
BRANDON MICHAELS 66 IS GOOD FOR THE TROPHY - BOYS BRONZE
Encinitas's lefty Brandon Michaels fired a 33 - 33 = 66 good for first place at Lomas Sante Fe GC - he was a five shot victor of four players all finishing with 71's - order of finish was determined by the USGA rules - finishing second was Noah Henderson of Solana Beach - third Ian Scheble of Solana Beach - fourth Krystian Romero and fifth Escondido's Kyle Maspat. One shot can make a difference!
MEILI EUBANK CAPTURES FIRST - GIRLS GOLD
Meilla Eubank (79) of Carlsbad has been working hard and she was awarded by winning her first NCJGA event this year- Runner Up Carlsbad's Montana Kosty (81) finishing third LaCosta's Katarina Uebelhor (83) and in fourth Carlsbad's Ashley Stephens (84).
EMILY GALLOWAY EDGES SISTER FOR WIN - GIRLS SILVER
Emily Galloway (83) was just one shot better than her sister Paige (84) in third was Mara Golder (87) of Escondido these girls weathered the storm as they played through the downpour!
LOCAL KARINA CAMP FIRES A 32 TO WIN - GIRLS BRONZE
What a great score as Karina Camp shot a 4 over 32 for her victory over Escondido's Karah Sanford (41) and in third was Yubin Huh (55).
FRANKIE LOPEZ WEATHERS THE STORM AND WINS - 7 & UNDER
Temecula's Frankie Lopez grinded out a fine round of 35 to just edge Oceanside's Johnathon Crowe (37) and Murrietta's Riley Klingelberg (38) finishing fourth Ryan Howey (42) of San Marcos and fith Carlsbad's Jared Tran (46).
